Sharif Digital Labs ("we", "us", "our") is a sole trader based in the United Kingdom providing website design and digital services to coaches and service businesses. For privacy questions, contact admin@sharifdigitallabs.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, business type, the help you're looking for and your message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address and browser type for security purposes.
3. How we use your information
We use your data to respond to your enquiry, provide the services you request, keep records of our communications and protect against fraud or abuse. We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing without your consent.
4. Lawful basis (UK GDPR)
We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit the form), to take steps prior to entering a contract with you, and to pursue our legitimate interests in running and securing our business.
5. Data sharing
Submissions are stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Lovable Cloud (which uses Supabase). We never share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our business correspondence, typically up to 3 years, after which they are deleted.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@sharifdigitallabs.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Essential cookies may be set by our hosting provider for security and core site functionality.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
