Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 June 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Sharif Digital Labs website and any services you engage us to provide. By using this site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide website design, landing page builds, coaching platform demos and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees for each project will be agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Fees and payment

Prices on this site are starting prices and may vary depending on scope. A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the balance due on completion or at agreed milestones. Late payments may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content and timely feedback so we can deliver the project on schedule. You are responsible for ensuring you own or have the right to use any content (text, images, logos) you supply.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.

6. Revisions and scope

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as set out in your project agreement. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

7. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
